One wolf, so cold and lonely can't find his way home
The pack he used to run with left him all alone
He's on the road to nowhere, can't find a place to rest
Life couldn't get much harder, still he does his best

One cat was so mistreated, no one cared enough
They said that she would never find someone to love
But then she saw that old dog roaming on his own
And now they run together wherever they may roam

Don't think about tomorrow, forget about the past
I'll never bring you sorrow, love is made to last

About this poem
The wolf is a young man with a speckled history. He's been separated from the pack and feels alone and unwanted. The cat is a young lady who also feels empty. When she starts running with the wolf, they both find their purpose in life.
