Bequest

Everytime i pass by the door
I never missed to peep in.
Always he would smile at me.
I would smile back and run.
Run to grandma's room.
Lay close to her and whisper
"Grandpa smiled at me"
And then, Did he say something .
Hmm nothing.........
When i peeped in a fine day
He called me inside.
With frightened legs that pulled me back.
I went inside sat close to him.
He holded my hands tight.
Are you happy he asked me.
A young girl who never tasted world
Was very happy that day.
She noded her head and said "haa..!!!"
But by that time he had tasted all essence of the world..!!.
He tapped on my hands and smiled.
His smile was painful yet loving.
He brushed my hair with fingers and said.
" when your heart is that of a child
   This world is too good
As ages storms starts hitting you .
You will feel hopeless and tired .
   But dont lose faith
   tightly hold your loved ones.
   Its gone peacefully end."
That child understood nothing.
But since he said with so much attention.
She remembered those lines.
And today she deeply hope its true.
He would have had a lot more to share.
But the sun didnt shine much.
Darkness took him with a burning fire.
