People

People, oh people, what a curious bunch we are,
With our dreams and our fears and our shining stars.
We're all unique, yet we're all the same,
Living, breathing, playing life's great game.

Some of us are born to privilege and power,
While others struggle through each passing hour.
Some of us are kind, and some of us are cruel,
But deep inside we're all just trying to be cool.

We laugh, we cry, we love, we hate,
We make mistakes, and sometimes we're great.
We work hard to build our lives,
And in the end, we hope to thrive.

We're artists, teachers, doctors, and friends,
We're mothers, fathers, brothers, and sisters until the end.
We're rich, we're poor, we're black, we're white,
But when it comes to love, we're all the same in sight.

People, oh people, what a curious bunch we are,
With our flaws and our beauty, we shine like stars.
Let's celebrate our differences, and find common ground,
For in the end, it's love that truly makes us profound
