HUE.

My love comes in many different hues,
The pinks, purples, and blues.
"I'm art, and I'm a beauty."
I say to myself, as I brew the tea.

My mind is ready.
I've got my pencils, papers, and eraser.
Now I can embrace "her",
The me that makes my mind stir.

Pain and passion,
Flowers and fashion,
"Is it too much? I can't tell!"
Writing nonsense, I will always misspell.
Blood and bodies,
Scars and stories,
All the times I fell.
I just put them all in pastel!

My love comes in many different hues,
The pinks, purples, and blues.
I will make art for the rest of my life,
And I won't even think about grabbing the knife.

About this poem

Hue is mainly about my love for art, and about past me.
