The Rare Leader : The Weighty Mantle of Leadership

In this world, leadership is a skill so rare,
Many are afraid to take up the mantle,
Responsibility is daunting, they are weak,
The vision to lead for a better tomorrow,
Is a burden that only a few can bear,
And yet, the world cries out for a voice.

But those with visions, they lack the voice,
They cower in fear, for they are rare,
And the world remains without a bearer,
Of leadership that is true and not a mantle,
Of falsehoods and deceptions for tomorrow,
For those who would destroy are not weak.

The weak ones are those with a conscience, weak,
In a world where power is the only voice,
And the future is no longer theirs to borrow,
But the capable ones are few and rare,
And they must take up the weighty mantle,
To lead the world to a brighter tomorrow.

The false leaders are like wolves in sheepskin,
With their cunning they make sounds like the sheep,
And they lead the masses to a place so bleak,
But those who could lead, they are too weak,
To break through the noise and take up the mantle,
To become the leaders that the world needs tomorrow.

The world needs leaders who can see tomorrow,
Who have the courage to take up the mantle,
To lead with honesty and not with a weak voice,
To speak truth in a world that's rare,
And to expose the wolves in sheepskin.

For the capable ones, the burden is heavy,
But they must not be afraid to take up the mantle,
And with a strong voice, they will lead the rare,
To a brighter tomorrow, to a future not weak,
Where the wolves in sheepskin will no longer speak.

They must rise above the fear that is so rare,
And embrace the challenge with unwavering voice,
For only then can they take up the mantle,
And lead the world towards a better tomorrow.

It takes courage to lead, to wear the mantle,
To be the voice for those who are weak,
And yet, the capable ones are so rare,
Their visions must be heard, their voices not meek,
For they hold the key to a brighter tomorrow,
And with their leadership, the world can thrive and not shrink.

So let the false leaders don their sheepskin,
And let their voices fade away into the rare,
For the world needs leaders who are not weak,
Who can take up the mantle and speak with a strong voice,
To guide the world towards a better tomorrow.

Let us not be afraid to be the ones who lead,
To take up the mantle, to be the voice that's rare,
For we are not weak, and our vision is for tomorrow.

Let us rise up with strength and courage rare,
And face the challenge of leadership mantle,
With voices of reason, let us shape tomorrow,
And not be deterred by the false leaders' sheepskin,
For we know that our power is not weak,
And our vision is to make the world more fair.

Let us not shy away from the burden rare,
Of leading with the weighty mantle,
For the world needs us to be strong, not weak,
And to be the voice that resonates with care,
To unmask the wolves in sheepskin,
And guide the world towards a brighter tomorrow.

For the future is not bleak, and tomorrow,
Can be a place where true leadership is rare,
Where the wolves in sheepskin are exposed for their sin,
And the capable ones bear the mantle,
Of leading with conviction and a compassionate voice,
To make the world stronger, not weak.

Let us embrace the mantle of leadership with strength not weak,
And speak with a voice that inspires tomorrow,
For we are the ones who can lead and rise above the rare,
And guide the world towards a better tomorrow,
Unmasking the wolves in sheepskin,
And taking up the mantle of leadership with care.

For the mantle of leadership is not for the weak,
But for those who dare to speak with a voice so rare,
Guiding the world towards a better tomorrow,
Uncovering the wolves in sheepskin, and making the world more fair.

Let us not be afraid to take up the mantle of leadership,
For it is the duty of those who are strong and bold,
To guide the world towards a future that is bright and hopeful,
And to not be deterred by the wolves in sheepskin's hold.

With a voice that is honest and true,
We can lead with conviction and grace,
And shine a light on what is right and just,
In a world where chaos tries to take its place.

For the capable ones are few and rare,
But they are the ones who hold the key,
To a world that is peaceful and fair,
And to a brighter tomorrow that we all can see.

Let us not be weak in the face of adversity,
But rise up with courage and might,
And be the voice for those who have no say,
Guiding the world towards what is right.

For the mantle of leadership is heavy,
But with it comes great responsibility,
To lead with integrity and compassion,
And to make the world a better place for you and me.

So let us take up the mantle of leadership,
With a voice that is strong and true,
And guide the world towards a brighter tomorrow,
With a vision that is clear and new.

Let us not be intimidated by the challenges ahead,
For the mantle of leadership is not for the faint of heart,
But for those who are willing to take the lead,
And guide the world towards a better start.

The wolves in sheepskin may try to silence us,
With their malicious intentions and their greed,
But with our voice, we can rise above the fuss,
And plant the seeds of hope and progress that we need.

Let us not be afraid to be the voice of reason,
To speak up when no one else dares to speak,
For it is our duty to guide the world towards a new season,
And to lead with integrity, compassion, and technique.

For the capable ones who can lead and have visions,
Must rise above their fear and embrace their true calling,
To be the voice for the voiceless and make wise decisions,
And to lead with a heart that is kind and enthralling.

Let us not be discouraged by the scarcity of true leaders,
For we are the ones who hold the key to a brighter tomorrow,
And with our leadership, we can be the change we desire,
And make the world a place that is free from sorrow.

So let us take up the mantle of leadership with pride,
And be the voice that the world so desperately needs,
For with our courage, we can turn the tide,
And guide the world towards a better tomorrow that exceeds.

Let us not be fooled by the wolves in sheepskin,
For they may seem to have confidence and power,
But with our leadership, we can expose their kin,
And bring forth a world that blooms like a flower.

For the world needs leaders who are just and fair,
And who lead with a voice that resonates with care,
Who guide us towards a future that's bright and rare,
And help us overcome our troubles and despair.

So let us take up the mantle of leadership with might,
And lead with a heart that's pure and true,
For with our voice, we can shine a beacon of light,
And show the world what's right and what to pursue.

The future is not bleak, it's a canvas that we paint,
With colors that are bold and true,
And with our leadership, we can make it quaint,
And bring forth a world that is free and anew.

Let us not be weak or intimidated by the challenge,
For the mantle of leadership is ours to bear,
And with our courage, we can break free from the malice,
And show the world what it means to care.

So let us take up the mantle of leadership with pride,
And be the voice that the world so desperately needs,
For with our strength, we can turn the tide,
And guide the world towards a future that exceeds.

The mantle of leadership is a heavy weight,
But it is a burden that we must all bear,
For the future of our world is at stake,
And it is up to us to make it fair.

The false leaders may have confidence and greed,
But they lack the heart and the vision we possess,
For we are the ones who can truly lead,
And guide the world towards true success.

Let us not be afraid to take a stand,
To speak up for what we know is right,
For with our leadership, we can demand,
A world that is just and free from plight.

The mantle of leadership is not just a task,
But a calling that we must answer with zeal,
For the world needs leaders who can truly bask,
In the glory of a future that is real.

So let us take up the mantle of leadership with pride,
And lead with a heart that is pure and true,
For with our voice, we can turn the tide,
And make the world a better place for me and you.

Leadership is not a task for the faint-hearted,
But for those who are willing to take the lead,
To be the voice for the voiceless, the departed,
And guide the world towards a better creed.

The wolves in sheepskin may have confidence and power,
But with our leadership, we can expose their game,
For we are the ones who have the heart to flower,
And bring forth a world that's free from shame.

Let us not be afraid to step up and be bold,
To lead with a vision that's true and just,
For with our leadership, we can break free from the mold,
And make the world a place that we can trust.

The mantle of leadership is not just a role,
But a duty that we owe to our fellow man,
For the world needs leaders who can make it whole,
And guide it towards a future that's grand.

So let us take up the mantle of leadership with pride,
And lead with a heart that is pure and true,
For with our voice, we can turn the tide,
And make the world a better place for me and you.

The future is bright, it's a canvas that we paint,
With colors that are bold and bright,
And with our leadership, we can make it quaint,
And bring forth a world that is free and light.

Let us not be weak or intimidated by the task,
But be the voice that the world so desperately needs,
For with our strength, we can break free from the mask,
And guide the world towards a future that exceeds.

Leadership is a beacon of hope,
A light that shines in the darkest hour,
It's the courage to navigate uncharted slopes,
And the will to wield transformative power.

The mantle of leadership can be daunting,
And many shy away from the call,
But we must have faith in what we're wanting,
And rise to meet the challenge of it all.

We are the ones who have the strength,
The will to stand and take command,
To inspire, motivate, and go to any length,
To make the world a better land.

The false leaders may seem invincible,
But their power is a facade,
For with our hearts, we're unbreakable,
And our strength comes from a higher God.

So let us take up the mantle of leadership with pride,
And lead with a heart that's pure and strong,
For with our guidance, the world will abide,
And we'll sing a united, triumphant song.

The future is what we make of it,
And we can make it great and true,
With our leadership, we can light a fire that's lit,
And watch as the world becomes anew.

So let us not be afraid to lead,
To be the voice for the voiceless and weak,
For with our vision, we can plant the seed,
Of a world that's peaceful and free to speak.

Leadership is a calling, a noble pursuit,
A challenge that only a few can undertake,
It's the strength to face adversity, resolute,
And the courage to make the tough decisions, for our sake.

The wolves in sheepskin may seem to have the upper hand,
But they are merely distractions, illusions of power,
For with our leadership, we can reclaim the land,
And guide the world towards a brighter hour.

The road ahead may be long and arduous,
Filled with trials, hardships, and strife,
But with our guidance, we can be victorious,
And bring forth a world that's full of life.

Let us not be afraid to lead the way,
To be the voice of reason and light,
For with our leadership, we can sway,
The hearts and minds of those who are contrite.

The mantle of leadership is a responsibility,
A trust that we must honor with integrity,
For the world needs leaders who can see,
The future and the possibilities.

So let us take up the mantle of leadership with pride,
And lead with a heart that's true and pure,
For with our vision, we can turn the tide,
And make the world a place that's secure.

The future is ours to shape and mold,
With our leadership, we can make it bright,
For with our courage, we can be bold,
And bring forth a world that's full of light.

Let us not be afraid to take the lead,
To be the voice for the voiceless and weak,
For with our guidance, we can succeed,
And bring forth a world that's peaceful and meek.
