Penning prognoses!

Seshu Chamarty 1953 (Cherla)

The inkwell dried many summers ago
and moonbeams downstream
along with the lines in memory lanes
from the heights afar in oblivion,
pray recreate those springs
to be back in tune,
only if Mother Nature edits her lines
to make our duet an encore.
