I've been given these visions
pulsating my mind
I've listened to this message
on constant rewind

They say hindsight is 20/20
but you can't go back in time
Doctors say my vision is 15/20
but lately I've been feeling blind

I'm looking straight ahead
but only seeing what's behind
I'm looking all around
up, down, and side to side

I'm looking for understanding
deep within my mind's eye
I'm looking for that
which I cannot find
