RAYNARD 1958 (HOSPITAL)

NINE  INCH  NAILS
I  HANG  FROM  THE  CEILING  LIKE  A  DISPLACED  BAT
MY  WINGS  HAVE  BEEN  CLIPPED
EACH  LIMB    DISCONNECTED

BLOOD   STAINED  BODY
NAKED  TO  THE  BONE

I SIT
DROWNING  IN  MY  OWN  URINE
STIRRING EACH  FORGOTTEN  MEMORY
DERAILED AND  DISCARDED  BY  SOCIETY

MY  MIND  HAS  BEEN  ALTERED AS HAS  MY  NAME
EACH  STEP  I  TAKE  IS  NOT   THE   SAME

DEATH IS  CLOSE  AS  ARE  YOU

UNOPENED    LETTERS    RESIDE   IN  MY  MIND
FILLED    WITH   UNKINDNESS
UNABLE  TO  REWIND

THE  LIGHTS  IN  THE  ROOM  HAVE  DARKENED
I    AM  NO  LONGER    ANGRY

AT   REST   I  AM    WITH    THE   ANGELS
