I Feel

I Feel
Lonely is a frame of mind
Words paint pictures for the blind
Touch beseech
The def not speaking
What kind of freedom are we seeking
Pieces of our life untold
Shapes in time our bodies mold
Different for young and old
Adventurers are truly bold
Seeking fortifying ground
To which our destinations bind
Belongs to all that fallow time
His story though father, mother
We all here might be sister, brother
Lingering till reason breaks
The friendship that existence makes
Happy birthday
What a life
Pens might, the sword
Lead by the guiding hand of lord
As the story slowly builds
Experience by king and queen
Who rule a nation
Lifetimes seen
Till reason whips history clean
