Here On Earth

Here On Earth
Author: Mark V. Markov

If you kill a larva
You kill the life of an insect
If you kill an embryo
You kill the life of a human being

If it has breath
And a beating heart
It has life
It has life

Even without breath
And a beating heart
An embryo after conception has life
In a process of development
It can only develop
If it has life
Within it inside

An embryo develops into a fetus
A fetus develops into an adult
Same as all forms of life
Here on earth,
Here on earth.

Everything when
In a process of being born
Has life within
And over time
Develops into a form of an adult
Here on this earth

If it has breath
And a beating heart
It has life
It has life

When conception occurs
An embryo gets formed
A fetus develops into an adult
Same for all forms of life
Here on earth,
Here on earth.

Even without breath
And a beating heart
An embryo after conception has life
In a process of development
It can only develop
If it has life
Within it inside

An embryo develops into a fetus
A fetus develops into an adult
Same as all forms of life
Here on earth,
Here on earth.

Everything when
In a process of being born
Has life within
And over time
Develops into a form of an adult
Here on this earth,
Here on this earth.

If it has breath
And a beating heart
It has life
It has life
And even without
Breath and a beating heart
After conception
An embryo still has life
Assigned to it by God
Within it inside
An embryo has life
Here on this earth,
Here on this earth...

Jeremiah 1:4-5 (ESV)

4 Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
and before you were born I consecrated you;
I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”

Job 33:4 (ESV)

4 The Spirit of God has made me,
and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.

Psalm 139:13-16 (ESV)

13 For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother's womb.

14 I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well.

15 My frame was not hidden from you,
when I was being made in secret,
intricately woven in the depths of the earth.

16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance;
in your book were written, every one of them,
the days that were formed for me,
when as yet there was none of them.

Luke 1:41-45 (ESV)

41 And when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the baby leaped in her womb. And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit,

42 and she exclaimed with a loud cry, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb!

43 And why is this granted to me that the mother of my Lord should come to me?

44 For behold, when the sound of your greeting came to my ears, the baby in my womb leaped for joy.

45 And blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what was spoken to her from the Lord.”
