Dear Dad

Dear Dad
I can’t promise that I will miss you everyday
But if I do, it’s because you are my every day.
I can’t promise that I will love you forever
But if I do, it’s because I already love you unconditionally forever.
I can’t promise I will cry now and then because I won’t see you again
But if I do, it’s because I know that you passed on to a better place.
I can’t promise that I will miss your hugs and kisses
But if I do, it’s because in your arms I always felt safe
I can’t promise that I will laugh alone
But if I do, it’s because you are laughing with me in mind, body and spirit.
I can’t promise that I will make new memories
But if I so, know that I will always cherish our old memories even more.
I can’t promise that I will wish that you were still here
But if I do, know that I already do.
Know that I will always have you in my heart.
Know that I will never let you go.
Know that you are never forgotten
Know that you’re endless love
And I can promise that
I love you from the bottom of my heart…..Dad
With Love
     Dear dad….
