Soul Mind

Franco Gerardo Urrutia 1992 (Chicago)

Emotions that run deep in a person's mind.

One wonders if I was feeling deeper inside my body than just the mind.

Wondering the soul?

No one has seen or knows, yet we all have an instinct that tells us we have a soul.

Many religions' claim we have a soul, yet what is it to none religious beings the feeling that tells us we are alive.

Living proof of the soul in each of us.

A being who walks, eats, adapts to a planet filled with life that prospers yet declines in many ways.

What comes from our own actions yet much destruction that will come from the natural order of the world.

I look out the window and glare into nothing but my own thoughts, lost for so long, no matter how dull or aroused in life I may be.

Where do all my feelings come and go to?

In what way from the seen and unseen does any of this make sense.

Should I look deeper inside of me? Even though we will always get lost?

No matter.

The style of life I live, there will always be questions and answers to other questions.

I look more deep inside one self just to find more unknown.

What is inside me?

What makes me real from the unknown of what is not real?

About this poem

A deep thinker of the persons mind & soul. How we have came to such questions that many fear to step in, or wonders to explore deeper. What makes us... us what makes the humane being a human being on a deeper and or higher plain then from how we live our lives.
