Bohemian Rhapsody

Willie Pace 1952 (Alabame)

At supper we have bread and wine.
At night we sleep on the floor.
Before we close our eyes,
Between us we pass some lore.
It's then I tell my secrets,
That I never told before.
It's then they tell each other,
Next time we'll bar the door.

About this poem

Humor Poem, Poetry is about something or nothing in oxymoronic and floral metaphors picturing idealism; I hope this fits.
