There are things I want to say to you,
things I want to tell you,
need to tell you,
and yet,
silence,
afraid of what you'll think,
afraid of what you'll say,
afraid that you won't understand,
so the silence will remain
About this poem
I wrote this poem as a way to communicate the difficulties of sharing ones feelings. Sometimes silence is the biggest sign.
