Love sick

A life time search. A life time away. Love wonders aimlessly miles my way. It's so close a finger tip could touch. Yet so far a sea of ages too much. My heart jumps when he gets too near and when eyes meet it's that I fear. My soul burns, aches in his absence. Pain and hunger feed on my tears. It tares my heart to think what I miss. When I look up he's there to kiss. Tender breath warms my chill. With every stroke of hair that spills. My insides shivers at the sound of his voice. The confusion and turmoil I have no choice. These emotions and feelings brings me dreams at night. What I can not feel by day dreams by light. I live in a fantasy too good to be true. When he holds me close and says "I love you".
