Inevitably

Free verse
Everything is inevitable,
Life is inevitable
So what’s the point?
Why love
Why try
When everyone has the same fate anyways?
I want to live where
I can love, laugh and cry.
Not this
where my brain is a black hole of thoughts.
This isn’t what I want
But I can’t change
And maybe I don’t want to
Maybe I like feeling alone,
Even if it hurts.
