Broken little girl

Free verse
As I watch the world fall apart
And everyone fades away
I sit by my windows
Just like everyday
I think to myself
Why has everyone changed
As I stare out the window
I look to the clouds
I watch as the rain falls
Tiny raindrops sliding down my window
Then my pain finally faded away

About this poem

It’s about a girl whose been trapped in her room her whole life and watched as the world started to fall apart she became broken and couldn’t do it anymore
