THE MOST BEAUTIFUL DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GIRL
She walks down the lane,
Wearing the prettiest dress,
She hears everyone’s hail,
Coming in her father’s embrace.
Tears roll down her eyes,
Smile on her lips is glazed,
A slight fear inside her creeps,
The young girl within her is chased.
Her father gives her hand to the groom,
She is afraid to begin a new life,
Her heart is in a state of gloom,
As now she is going to be someone’s wife .
Still she carries herself with grace,
She knows how to keep her fear away,
She sees everyone sing and dance ,
And realizes its her special day .
