Fulfillment

Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)

I now know what it is to be free
Without embarrassment or adrenaline,
Wrenching guts or fear of glee
It is to know you won't make the mistake
Because beside you he will never break
He can gift you talent of all around
So you can fully appreciate sound
He can let you dance without the aches
So you can do whatever it takes
He can hear you sing with full memory
He is your God and here sits his glory
When he is close your mind can be
Without the burden of eternity
But if you choose to help the meak
I'm sure that he will let you weep
So even though you make mistakes
Your love of life is all it takes
To trust that he is there for you
In a simple glorious gesture or two
