my fear

i am tired and my eyes are filled with tears
i wonder what i am in the big picture of life
i hear the wind the birds and the sound of people i could have been
i see the world falling apart right before my eyes
i want to repair the damage but its too far gone
i am unable to scream for i am in the tar of life its eating me hole

i pretend that i'm still here but i am only a walking carcas
i feel the flesh on my vessel.. its warm
i touch my skin for my skin aches for the touch of another
i worry that that i can't see others pain for my eyes have been gouged out
i cry watching life eating away at my sorrowful vessel
i am tiered of the screaming of the dead begging for another chance

i understand my body is still whole and i can still hear the Beauty of life but i can only hear the fly's buzzing over the decayed body of life
i say there's room for Redemption but i'm afraid we are too far gone
i dream of the stars but its ripped apart by our wrong doings
i try to steal the stars so they can be locked away before they are destroyed, but i'm too late
i hope the world collapses on us so we can finally see the damage we have produced
i am drained of my desire to scream for my lungs are full of tar and debris

I am afraid we can not be saved
