In our lives we all want to be positive
we want to erase all thoughts which are negative.
In order to be positive, we need to give up on being comparative
 Try to be away from people whose talks effect you in negative way even if they are your close relative

It may be an outing with your close people and having delicious junk food

Sometimes too many problems in our life make us think negative

Sometimes when we get involved in wrong group, we turn to be negative
If you feel that these group of people. are affecting you in negative way and making you depressive
Get away from those people, because if you are in same group negative thoughts and actions will be repetitive
