Three Vignettes

The lumberman slumbers
Leaning against the half hewed tree
Smell of wounded raw wood
Pervades all through his dream.
Branches spread a shaddy lap
Leafy branchlets fan
The fatigued midday nap.

(2)
The air consented
to donate its organ
Breaths being bought and sold
Philanthropes filter oxygen.

(3)
Sweat, saliva and soil
Mixed and massed together
The self-engrosed white ant
Polishes dreams
Into celestial spire.
Once the wings come
Only ant-hill of darkness
left alone.
