baker

As sweet as a pastry
that is plastered
Up for sale

Looking all pretty
Till you take a bite

What I can remember
the taste of spite
Pride and anger filling
Sprinkles to cover up the
Imperfections

I didn’t mind that you
Were not complete
I liked your charm
But I couldn’t handle the
Bittersweet surprises in each bite
I took

It was to much
The dough didn’t fully cook

I blame your baker
