First Harsh Truth

Shawnice Pate 1991 (Brooklyn)

In rejection from romance, I take my stand.
I believe in searching for love in a man.
They need to be the ideal man to look up to.
I am the real deal about what I go through.
My first harsh truth against a chance in relationships.
I wanted to people to understand it.
My personal life separated from romance and sex.
The feeling is not there sexually unlike the rest.
