The Sea
She ran feverishly towards the sea. As she approached, the sea welcomed her. She entered and the sea became me.
About this poem
Life has been unkind from time to time and after already enduring and overcoming so many hardships, a person finds themselves in the middle of another seemingly endless challenge at an age where they've grown too tired and all the things that give them the will to try, are going to possibly be stripped away. In the midst of pushing theirself to fight, they've become ill.
