i talk too much and get distracted easily
But please dont think i dont listen or care

My inner voice can be so loud.
Hatred, fear, disgust and more
Its rarely friendly or polite to me.
You suck, you have no talent

But my love this simply isnt true.
Head in the clouds daydreaming about a land far away
Bring yourself back to earth, sit quietly and stay.
Listen to the sounds, the call of the birds
Chirping sweet melodies to eachother.
Escapism doesnt need to be a coping mechanism
Its a gift from the imagination, a spiritual energy from deep within
Once you master the balance its time for the fun to begin.
