gasping for something, anything real
being submerged, consumed
the void looms near, the time i have dwindles
no regrets…
besides maybe a few lingering unanswered questions;
“will anyone remember me?”
“will anyone care”
“who will cherish what i have brought onto this earth?”
“have a brought anything to this earth”
besides pain, tears, and sorrow…
i suddenly don’t want to go
i want to live, i don’t want to go
theres so much more to do, to see, to experience
but its too late
and ive been consumed
