This Inner Longing

This Inner Longing
Author: Mark V. Markov

My Savior
You are always there
My Savior
For me You care

As I call on Your name
As I believe in You
Day and night
In my life
I feel it through
As I feel all right

You wash away
All of my sin
You wash away
All of my pain.
Because of You,
I am purified and clean
Can't be without You

This inner longing
You're the One I need
In my heart
And in my mind
Along the way
Towards the celestial sky

I'm not alone
You keep me from sinking
I can never be,
Without Your presence
I can never be without You
You hold me together

Seeing,
As the earthly time ticks away
O my Savior Jesus Christ
Without You I can never be
Without You I can't breathe,
Can't be without You.

This inner longing
You're the One I need
This inner longing
For everlasting joy
This inner longing
For everlasting life
Need You my Savior
To be with me
Everywhere I go

This inner longing
In my heart and soul
Along the way
Towards the celestial sky,
Can't be without You.

This inner longing
You're the One I need
In my heart
And in my mind
Along the way
Towards the celestial sky,
Can't be without You.

This inner longing
You're the One I need
In my heart
And in my mind
Along the way
Towards the celestial sky
This inner longing,
This inner longing,
This inner longing...
