A Culture Fed Greed

Mmm...
Deliciously addicting.
Craved it is.
A culture fed greed.
Homemade to feed,
Dreams competing...
For a taste of more,
Capitalistic materialism.
Needing to keep,
Impressions kept pretentiously met.
To satisfy that hunger to be approved.
And accepted.
On surfaces to appear,
In public to address...
Scrutinized judgements passed.

A culture fed greed,
Has little to do with one's ethnic diversity.
Or who it is,
That shares what makes...
A variety of races together participating,
In a greatness created.
Today being pulled apart.
By those who wish more colorless an image.
For the purpose to exclude,
Truth to delude and fiction...
Reality as is to exist.

With a deceiving to have believe,
A greatness maintained to keep sustained.
Would be better represented,
If the mosaic of its democratic fabric...
Could possibly remain the same,
To allow more emphasis placed...
On greed to feed and selfishly feast,
Materialism.
Without the greatness of humanity.
Many perceive can be easily replaced.

Yet...
Miraculously,
Leave a greatness as is untouched.
Done to believe,
The mental health of a society...
Will be left to go unnoticed.

Or...
Who brings the feast to the table.
To take for granted,
The many who serve and prepare to receive...
Disrespect.

And undeserving thoughtless ignorance.
As if this is understood to get!
But...
For how long?
How long can misconceptions,
Continue to fed deception?
Or a pretentiousness starving,
For the hunger of attention nolonger given!
