On  getting  the news  card
of her  son’s  impending  visit of home,  to  dad
with the princess  of  Jordan
during  the  festival  of  Deepavali  season
she  became  nervous  and  bemused.

She  went  upstairs  and  looked
in  every  nook  and  corner  and  found
a  medium  sized  shelf,  fixed  on the  wall;
As she  opened  it, she saw  a  majestic  bowl .
and  another  huge  bowl  with  the  handle, concealed.

There  were  six  beautiful  dinner  plates,
six  mugs  and  two  broken  mug  handles.
She  smiled  with  a  sigh  of  relief, as  she  found
very  small  green  coloured,
glittering  rings  and  fevi fix  in  her son’s  pouches.

 She  joined  the  handle  to  the  concealed
 bowl  and  the  mug  handles  to the  mugs, coloured;
 Fevi fix  helped  her  to  paste the  green  sparkling  rings
 evenly  in  joints,  enhancing  elegance to  plates, bowls                 
 and  mugs  with  aesthetic  beauty  and   she  paused.
