Unrequited Love

Anakha Saji 2022 (Delhi)

Wish falling for me
Would be as easy as falling for you.
You have got a hundred ones
But I only got you
What should I do with
All this unrequited Love
I have for you

I try burying it under the earth,
But it crawls to me
I fill it in a coffee mug ,
But it flows onto me everytime
I take a sip
I hide it in my eyes but
It lit up everytime I see you

Tell me what should I do,
I wonder if you would be the death of me
Cause everytime I see you
I run out of breath

Lucky are those who got
their heartbroken by you,
Atleast they have known
What it is like to be loved by you

So, tell me what should I do
With all the unrequited Love
I have for you......
