The king and monkey

I heard about a giant monkey
That wore a giant crown
He was the king of monkeys
And he sounded like a clown.

I hurried off to battle him
I’d heard that he was strong
When I got to the jungle
I smelt a mighty pong.

I charged through the trees
With my sword in hand
I saw him sitting there
Playing in the sand.

I stabbed at his foot
With my mighty sword
He ran off screaming through the trees
