The End of A Man

Two days and counting
Tempers are mounting
I keep staring at the open
My mind lives in a state of aberration
I feel claustrophobic
In a place that feels anaerobic

I keep staring at the floor
Filled with things I abhor
My mind is in a maze
I wander in a haze
I feel the spirituality
That takes over my bodily ability

My mind is made up
The end is the only hope
I tried finding someone
Or something to save me
As I stand with the noose in my face
Memories flashes with great apace

I hang loosely gasping for oxygen
I remember my origin
I remember the deep depression
Followed by contrition
That welcomes me to utter darkness
My body shudders as I sway into the Abyss
