The Earth is no place for a clown
People unmindful of what makes them laugh
The universe gives reasons for Commendable frown
A person lively today, is tomorrow done for an epitaph

Mankind seeking for escapism,
Can never outrun the realism
A generation that prefers the virtual world
Can never withstand the arrows of the factual world

A future expected to be Bright
Might today be festered by termite
Person meant to be Next of Kin,
Might today, take a bow off the scene

A friendly propinquity that holds when financially sound
Might wax cold when financially slayed
Person having built on a rich ground
Might tomorrow wallow on a miry clay  

Therefore, give me A reason
for being a clown
And I will show you tens of reasons
for you to frown!
