The crayon box

I open up the crayon box,
And what do I see?
I see colours
But what do they mean?
Red’s a colour, with such courage ,
Worthy of getting enormous attention on the stage;
Orange harbours so much creativity,
Enough to promote your fantasies,
Yellow’s a colour with connections so wide, creating opportunities for talents making this world so
bright;
Green ensures growth with herbs and greens,
Eat them daily who cares bitter or sweet;
Blue gives a taste so royal,
Seen in a general’s heart so loyal ;
Violet’s a colour,
Filled with mysteries,
Gives you strength through power you need;
Wisdom’s a part of it, no doubt to be seen;
Pink’s considered the best of all,
Beauty, kindness, compassion, it has all;
Happiness is a colour of white
The taste of puffy rain clouds,
And the peaceful view
Of the flocks flight;
Black is beauty a powerful duty,
With elegance of midnight, and stallion with a knight;
With boldness and mysteriousness,
Like the dark void
I’ve wandered all around
Seen much on the earth’s ground,
All places aside shut out
The valley of colours is the most profound
