My short tale of Narcissistic abuse..

I'd never met a man like you before..you presented yourself to be perfect with just the right qualities.. quickly I learned, this was the phase called love bombing! It was amazing ....I fell for you hard..I was in love.. I found the one ...so I believed. First, couple months pass and phase two begins..Gaslighting! you know the part where you, the narcissis, turns everything around to blame me! Then follows ...manipulations, lies, cheating and don't forget the mental abuse that leads to the final mental breakdown. I never even heard the word Narcisiss before I met you. First, came love.. then we leaped right into marriage and 8 months in you ghosted me.. that was phase three.. the trauma bond and suffering were one of the deepest pains I'd ever felt.. I had to leave you I knew this in order to find myself again. The hold you had on me was strong and overwhelming...but I did it and it's been three months and I'm crying and healing from your Narcisisstic abuse...
