Free verse
Mother : Earth,
I was sown in your womb resembling soil,
Remained there for a period.
Then I was germinated,
Your umbilical cord resembles roots.
Medium of food.
Your purity, serenity and devotion were : my nutritions.
With fondle care,
Developed,
From bud to flower.
My scent : virtue.
Outcome of your love.
Fortunate : being your son.

About this poem

This poem shows the role of mother as well as of earth. In a short poem I have mentioned my journey....
