I always sought

I always sought man to be a god
and sometimes I sit on his shoulders
bathing in pure sunlight through
crystal pores in my mouth

The light twinkles in my head
there is a strong avenue
with songs and chants

The shaman pops up his bottle of champagne
trinken wir unsere Liebe nach der Umarmung
noch einmal

We river of gods
contemplate our arms length
and sigh the lights of shadows
under the butterflies head
same, we mill the world in our heads...
