HYPOCRICY FORBIDDEN

Favour Mbito 2002 (Mt Elgon)

Am not in your class
I feed on grass
If you want to pass
On my head, break the glass

Forget all our good times
Ain't ashamed, they're bad times
It doesn't flow in parallel lines any more
All vines are down, no wine to pour

Where is the respect?
The goodwill we all expect
Everyone a suspect
For cocaine, pastors we inspect

Already past the limit
They catch without permit
Even in a prayer summit
You will hear the word fk it

They say it's worth it
Here I am I don't see it
For you have ruined it
The bitter that tasted sweet

Your mode of dressing
Your hair cut
Is that the best you can be
Better me, happily condemned

About this poem

The poem is about showing how Christians of today are hypocrites and that that is forbidden. God calls them for righteous living.
