At times like this!

Devon Bates 1980 (Norfolk)

Its still late!
Apart from the worst, death, war, hate, thirst, I still, try!
 Why?
 I ponder that to!
God is good, or life!
Whichever, suits you!
 A friend stopped by!
The bills still climb!
I have views on poetry!
Why, didn't that beautiful lady notice me?
Keymya, got strait A's!
The gas bill still needs to be paid!
It was nice to see my friend!
I know he made it home it was good to see him!
I miss my son!
Well your brother also has one!
I miss being married!
A text, I'm single no hurries!
Huh, I just got a new like!
 Ukraine deserves freedom!
Yet, I still wish peace for Russia, inside!
Woe, I just got paid!
That covered the bills I'm okay!
Huh my team won their football game!
I'm still waiting on taxes, I'll be okay!
Well, I still would like to write another music album!
 My cousin had a baby!
My uncle was in a war once!
Playing an instrument still is my favorite!
Maybe the violin will keep me from insaneness!
 Your doctor said your okay!
Remember your therapist your aunt and your friend and mentor said slow down and breathe!
Devon is my name!
Bates please put on the end!
Things get different!
 Stop, pause, think, reason!
There are now and forever more than one single seasons!
Infinite, we are, you, I, the stars, moon, sun, plants, animals, and everything in between!
Things and life will always change!
Yet, get if not better when you think worse no different even!
Life, the only positive way of thinking!
