Not a poet

I want to be a poet
Not for the love of the words
For the acceptance

Vivid in my memories
childhood devoid of literature
books and comics,

When I see folks
calling themselves, a reader
A writer
It brings me an inferiority
the strange compulsion
To fill that void

Fear for those who read and write?
Who says that they love to read and write
