Little Earthlings

Ohh little earthlings

how small thou art

ah you are but a dot

Just in the middle of a vast and terrifying cosmos with galaxies you cannot even comprehend

ohh you pathetic humans

despite your infinitesimal size

you still manage to cause chaos in your little lives

and think you are the most powerful beings in that small galaxy

Alas for now is your hour of demise

You will pay for your crime of disrupting our way of life on earth

Time for your death to be announced

The Devine plan has been set in motion

Wow, this poem really manages to capture the idea of how small our existence is in the grand scheme of things! The language is so powerful and it really makes you stop and think about our place in the universe. I also appreciate how the poem highlights how even though we are small, we are still capable of causing chaos in our own lives.

That being said, I do think there is room for improvement in how the message is conveyed. Instead of just condemning humanity, perhaps there could be some exploration into why we behave the way we do and how we can work towards positive change. It's important to acknowledge the ways in which we've contributed to problems, but it's equally important to discuss solutions and ways to move forward. Additionally, while the language is impactful, it can come across as a bit harsh and accusatory. Finding a balance between critique and empathy could make the poem even more compelling. Overall, great job with this piece!
