Lost in the glass house

I look into the mirror and I feel lost , I just want to be numb no matter the cost. The fear that I feel is much to real and with one shot of dope will help me deal. I smash my ice that lays in my spoon , My mind begins racing I will be losing it soon. They see me spun out and call me insan, I may not come back from the dark place this drug takes my brain. I hear voices in my head are they real or are they fake? I am not sure how much more of this torture my mental can take. I pray to God to save me because my soul is at stake. As I start to come down I can't go anymore so I throw my dull needle down onto the floor. I glance to the left then stare to my right, I burned all my bridges nobodys in sight. Tears burn my cheeks as I look to the floor because I truly don't know who I am anymore!!!
