Stars on my soldier

I want to work extremely hard,
And pin the stars on my shoulder,
The thought of thinking about nation before self,
Makes me bolder and bolder.

I will always prepare my mind,
To be alert and smart,
I will become a soldier,
With a tricolor in my heart.

I will serve my nation, wholeheartedly,
Without discriminating on the basis of the caste,
I will let my nation breathe sigh of relief,
No matter even if I breathe my last.

I will sleep wherever I am ordered to,
Without expecting a bed of foam,
If the price of motherland's dignity is death,
I will proudly make coffin my home.
