IMAGINE

IMAGINE

Unchained no more, I would fly again
abandoned in love such composer maintain,
an uprooted plant which when sown again,
blossoms 'n smiles, aft so much pain.
Another day would bring clouds, filled with rain,
envelop my soul, so all troubles be drained,
once the clouds are gone and the sun shines through,
ushering hope, a rainbow remains,a rainbow remains.
One day things would look so bright, when
brevity of time, wont squeeze things tight,
ne'er did it seem, I'd fall in love again,
once these tears, were washed with rain.
Yet, it all did happen, this circle of life,
harbingers of love, pallbearers for plight,
would witness such times, feel such emotions again,
things unsought, with imagination restrained.
‌One day I would find, all that what was lost,
one day I would gain, all that always sought,
for some still fighting, while some I forgot,
never did I ever imagine, what impossible I thought.
