His
He's dark
And cold
He's everything the world precieves him not to be
They think he's loud, a joker
The one who's presence demands attention
That one guy who's a friend to all
The one younger kids look up to
To me...he's sin
My deepest darkest desire
One I spoke into existence under a moonlit night
A wish the gods granted out of pity
A manifestation of all things wrong in my life
He's my undoing
My drug
My obsession
He's everything I ever wanted
And that scares me
Not the fact that he can manipulate me like a puppet on strings
Or that his darkness runs deeper than mine
Not even because he looks at me
Like he doesn't know if he wants to consume me with darkness
Or protect me from it
No not in the slightest
What scares me
Is the feeling that comes with being with him
How most days I don't knows where he ends and I begin
And how I don't know how much of myself
I'd willing damn to hell for him
True fear is not knowing what lengths you'd go to for an angel
When all he is is a devil fallen from grace
He's my undoing...my sin
What I keep hidden under the starry skies
His power
His domineerince
His touch
The darkness and all his in-betweens
All of it
Feeds the endless fire burning in the pit of my soul
I want him
God I want him
His hands tangled in my hair
His arms wrapped around my waist
His lips lost between mine
I yearn for him as sun lusts for the moon each morning
He's my sin
My undoing
My love
My obsession
My perfectly broken lover fallen from grace
My waking thought
And my sleepless nights
He's mine whether he believes it or not
And I am his
For his I always was
About this poem
I have never really wanted to be in a relationship due to me not really having any luck with the opposite gender and all the males in my life have often showed why they can't be trusted, my father and uncles, so the chances of me being with a guy were slim. But then I met my boyfriend. Everything about our relationship, the raw emotions, how I feel when I'm around him, all of it is just so intoxicating, addictive almost. I never really thought I'd meet someone like him since every time I'm with him I feel like I'm in a book or something. more »
