Dreams Drip

Hidden in my hand
Dwell the dream that drip
After all this years
Still dreaming!
Dreaming to rise up from ashes
Reality clashes
Eagerly waiting to be liberated into the sunshine
But dreams Drip

Oh!
Dreams of my innocent childhood
Does it feaster like a sore
Or does it dry up like a blistered raisin in the sun?
I thought I heard them say we serve a living God
Where was he when my dreams feaster like a sore and then run?
Where was this same God when I studied day in day out?

I heard them say you're in heaven
You're in heaven watching me strive hard to achieve and you can't help
They say you're faithful and just but I haven't meet a being as unfair as this
I suffered so much that I can't engage myself in anything except chasing my dreams
Yet you never help me
You left me to do it all alone

Peace!
You've forgotten your first love
Your service to me as become a choice
You've been overwhelmed with passions
You have polluted yourself with the things of this world
I moulded you
I sent you on a journey
You're not of this world
You lose focus along the line

Yes you pray that my will be done
But to you leave the wheel alone for me
This seconds my kingdom come
The next moment you're lost in the things if this world
Seek not the world
Nor the things thereof
Who did this to you
Who!
The wanted man?

I am still God and I changeth nnot
My plans for you are of good and not of evil to you an unexpected end
When I moulded you I made you a star
Shine!
Tell your friends I remain the same
I changeth not
