Dear you

Jinglila Sangtam 2007 (Kohima, Nagaland)

Oh dear person, is it you?
I've been put down many it's nothing new. The way you came into my life
has made me feel more alive.
But I wonder and think
If you'll be gone in a blink.

If I loose you one day, I wonder just because of a small blunder.
Many things that I can lose, but you?
Oh well, just not you.
Our wonderful little moments
is like a beautiful garment.

If one day we become strangers...
I will still remember you in my prayers.
In this world full of hate,
the things that brought us together, is it fate?
My life was really dark,
until you came and gave it a spark.

I was in the shadows
when my life was full of sorrows.
But then you came along,
and no longer was I alone.
You make me feel so special,
we have so much potential.
Don't leave me yet,

just like how others left.
Even if we part ways,
I will still love you, always.
But still I have no clue,
Oh dear person, is it you?
