Dear feat

Dear fear
Accompanied with the agony I despise
Subsequently intruding this life of mine
In a way that is unbearable
Creeping into my thoughts
And finding a place to lay
Ambushing this peace I seek
In the land of the living

For though in this time
I refuse to be trapped
behind the bars of anxiety
To the verge of grief
As I frantically search for a distraction
To lure me from your sight

No matter how dark you are
My light will forever blaze
With the invincibility I carry
So watch out for
I will overcome you.
