Blue sweater

I stood by the window trembling watching the  rain, doors are closed lights are off you can hear the sound of pain, because these cold days bring back the old flames, some read old letters and some stare at empty frames, something about winter makes feelings feel so maimed
But it reminded me of my blue sweater wrapped around me so tight, holding back all troubles of life, surrounding me like a halo that shines, warming me to fight the snowy nights and cheer up my days until they are bright
I have never been a lover of winter my heart loves the sunny days, the warmth of my mind settling down the life waves, endless winter nights are long enough to make your heart break, and maybe summer does not take all the memories away, but it calms me knowing that the memory of you will not ring when I am awake
You made me and everything feels better when you came, and sometimes it is never enough and you might just start to blame, but i have always loved the way you said my name, the way everything was good I felt like a kid again, but I forgot how kids also loves to play games, sometimes you feel blamed and sometimes you feel ashamed, but how would you really feel if you just saw how better I became, so tell me blue sweater "do you still feel the same?"
